I am a latest AT&T customer, before with T-mobile.

 

I was regulating an iphone on T-Mobile, though the iPhone 4 pulled me away, which and the price of ATT’s devise went down so it fundamentally suited what I was profitable with Tmobile.

 

ANYWAY… when at the Apple store, we looked at my TMO check to see what my operate was over the past year I was regulating the iPhone 3G. Since I often used my phone with wifi, my mobile interpretation operate was in between 10-20MB per month, so I sealed up for the 200MB interpretation plan.

 

It has been 4 days given I switched to ATT and I only checked my interpretation operate on the website and was blown away… 55 MBs in 4 days?!?!! I am an adult user, all pull notifications have been off (including apps), I do not tweet, do not tide youtube or music, do not download songs from iTunes, send might be 3 picture messages a month, do not operate my iPhone 9-5 M-F whilst at work, and often operate the apps whilst at home continuous to wifi, though I used 4X the interpretation in 4 days than I used complete months previously?

 

I called ATT, and the patron operate repute was only as confused as I am. I walked by this at the Apple store with my rep, she saw my interpretation operate numbers from Tmobile, so this is a shock.The phone repute asked me to operate the “data calculator” apparatus to see how most interpretation it thinks I should be using. I overestimated all – 100 emails with attachments a month (I send might 3-5), 500 web pages a month (i crop might be 50 when not on wifi), operate 200 amicable media posts a month (i dont even consider i do this at all), etc. The guess = twenty-six MB/month. On the tall side of what I saw with TMobile. So, how do I operate DOUBLE which in 4 days whilst being on wifi 90% of the time????

 

Needless to say, being 1/4 the approach by the my interpretation devise with twenty-six days left in my billing cycle was not starting to cut it, so I was upsold and am profitable some-more money. Now, my devise is MORE than what I was profitable on TMO and am deliberation switching behind and profitable the stop fee. I do not even get ATT operate in my home and dump calls similar to the no one’s business.

 

I do not get it. Depsite being on a opposite carrier, the phone is the same, the apps have been the same, my operate day to day have been the same, so what gives?
