I systematic my iPhone 4 16Gb at an AT&T store on 7/21.  The sales repute at the store told me I’d have it in 3-5 days that we all know right away is a bucket of crap.  However, he went so distant as to contend “we got an email revelation us we could allude to a shorter smoothness timeframe.”  After celebration of the mass a little alternative posts from people who pronounced they cancelled their orders and paid for from an Apple store, I called my internal Apple store and lo and spy they did have them in stock.  While I was pushing there, I called AT&T to terminate my order.  The initial cust use repute I talked to told me I couldn’t terminate my sequence (even yet I told her people were posting on their forums that they got their orders cancelled) though that I could buy a single at the Apple store and lapse the a single AT&T sent me.  So I wait for in line at the Apple store for twenty min only to find out Apple couldn’t sell me a single since my ascent elibigility was used up by the AT&T order.  While in the Apple store, I call AT&T behind and verbalise to an additional cust use rep.  She calls the sell store I placed my sequence at to see if they could terminate the sequence though still no go after 36 mins on the phone with them.  This is finish bull&*^%.  What sell investiture does not concede we to terminate an sequence that is on backorder?  It roughly seems similar to there would be consumer insurance laws at fool around here to forestall them from land us hostage.  As quietly as I could I voiced my poignant restlessness with AT&T and they offering to credit me for a full month of service.  So, if they won’t terminate your order, at slightest do not let them off the phone until they give we a little kind of use credit.
