About 36 days ago, I upgraded my mother from an strange iPhone to an iPhone 4 (the alternative 3 family members have 3Gs’s). Unfortunately, I wasn’t profitable sufficient courtesy to her comments about the difficulties she was carrying with the phone. She eventually got my courtesy this week end when she sensitive me which her aged iPhone was a most improved phone than the latest iPhone 4, and longed for her aged a single back! Turns out she have been carrying the “proximity sensor” emanate with her phone so really bad it it creates the phone roughly unusable. The phone hangs itself up, creates pointless calls, and differently misbehaves when we try to operate it. The initial time I tested it with her, it hung me up and called her Mom! Anyway, the iPhone 4 is obviously a pattern failure, and I would similar to to take it back, and get an additional iPhone 3Gs. Since it took me so prolonged to comprehend how bad the complaint was, I have let the thirty day lapse duration expire.

Has any one had any success returning their iPhone 4 outward the thirty day period? In his press conferences, Steve Jobs seemed really ready to take behind iPhone 4s from discontented customers, has AT&T gotten the message? If I lapse it at an Apple store, how will the AT&T stipulate be affected?
