I’ve attempted replacing the battery and zero has worked. Does any one have any answers? The Blackberry and conduit websites have supposing no help.

Remove the battery cover. Leave the battery in & take a reserve pin or tiny intent & insert the pin in to the hole of the tiny reset symbol on the bottom left corner.
