They are, in essence, the same phone. They have been both Curves that come with inner GPS. The Curve 8330 is the CDMA chronicle of the Curve, that runs on networks similar to Sprint, Verizon and Alltel. The Curve 8310 is for GSM networks similar to AT&T.
