Well, it wasn't showing much, but it wasn't saying the tracking number didn't exist. I get 'No result found for your DHL query. Please try again.' when I put in the tracking number. I'm not sure what to make of this. Anyone else have this issue? The email from Apple saying it shipped arrived around 1:30pm on 8/31.
Hey All, So I am in kind of a predictament here. I currently have an iPhone 3GS and was elgible for an upgrade. So I upgraded over the phone via ATT Premier (its a business account) and paid for an iPhoen 4. Since I am in college I had it shipped to my house. My Dad got it, and took it to the UPS Store along with other things to ship to me in one package. He insured the package for up to $400. Now, I got a package at my dorm yesterday and opened it up. All my college stuff is there (just a poster or two for my wall,) but no iPhone 4. I immediatley call my Dad and tell him the poster he shipped to me came in the box, but no iPhone 4. He drives to the UPS Store and flips out on them. He said he gave them the posters and the phone to put in the same box, but obviously the lady there pocketed the phone. There trying to tell us it isnt our fault and want to send a team to come investigate my box to see if it was tampered with. Now, my question is this. I never received my iPhone 4. It is unopened, not activated, nothing. What can ATT or Apple do here to help me? Am I going to strcitly have to go through UPS, or can they track something? Thanks, Jake

As soon as I ordered my Refurbished White iPhone 3Gs 16GB yesterday, it went on Backorder status. This definitely frustrated me, because the site seemed to be misleading in indicating it was in stock, when obviously it wasn't?! Anyway, I came here to the forums and found that a lot of people were waiting a very long time on their purchases to come off of Backorder, process, ship, and get to their front door. Anyway, I did some calling, and found that no one around my area has anything iPhone 3Gs in stock (Black or White), so I decided just to wait it out, and try complaining to AT&T to see if they could cut me some sort of break on my bill for.. well.. misleading me. I checked back on the status of my order later last night, and lo and behold, my purchase (with the exception of a cancelled case) had been shipped! This caught me by surprise, and sort of made me nervous... the shipping date indicated it was shipped to me the day BEFORE I made the order. I clicked on the tracking number, and USPS varified that earlier in the afternoon, it had been Accepted in Fort Worth, and now.. well, I'm keeping track of that =) (It should be in Kansas City or Springfield, MO sometime today/tonight, and at my local Post Office for processing the day after tomorrow. Or, that's how many mailing experiences from Mid-Texas have gone for me, at least.) Anyway, the point of this was to let you all know my experience was confusing, but quick. I'll let you know how shipping goes, but don't be skeptical. If you want that phone, but you're worried about the wait, look around. If no one has it, you might as well place the order and hope that you go through a similar experience. Now, I get look forward to a limited data usage plan... not. =P

Anyway, the point of this was to let you all know my experience was confusing, but quick. I’ll let you know how shipping goes, but don’t be skeptical. If you want that phone, but you’re worried about the wait, look around. If no one has it, you might as well place the order and hope that you go through a similar experience.

Now, I get look forward to a limited data usage plan… not. =P
