If your on a wired network probably not…but just to be safe take their computers off of your network temporarily…and when they clean up theirs then go ahead and reconnect….If they need help removing any type of Virus’ or Trojans just ask me and i will direct you to some great websites that have free removal tools and also some free products that will remove Malware/Adware and Spyware on a computer….just ask…have a great night…………….Mike
It’s possible, but most viruses travel by email or websites. You should verify that the firewall on our PC/Laptop is enabled. Also, update your virus protection program.

yes if you are “networking” with people. like there hack into your internet service and using it you possibly could. but your bro and sis are prob using a router so they could give u viruses too. but heres a solution with no worring. zonealarm security suite the best way to stop attacks.
Yes, if the attack is aggressive enough, it can spread like the plague. Make sure you have strong firewalls and antivirus software installed on ALL of your computers in your home network. I highly reccommend the latest Symantec products (Norton 360 or Norton Internet Security 2009). They cost a little per year, but consider it an insurance policy in case the unexpected happens. I use these and I have NEVER, yes, never, had a problem with viruses, hackers, or anything of that nature. Happy and safe computing!
It depends… You can enable “AP Isolation” to prevent packets from their machines from reaching the rest of the network.
Any firewall will prevent network based attacks at your level.
