My iphone is awful. It is slow. It drops calls like crazy. My 14 year old and nine year old hate to use it. My husband has a 3GS and he won’t use my phone but will go look for his instead. Looking around this forum it seems the cause could be the network (AT&T tech support told me to turn off 3G!!), the SIM card or the phone it’s self; (The Apple store keeps telling me to restore, which changes nothing and just makes me lose all my prefs and takes me days to rebuild it to where I like it). How can I get a definitive answer on what is causing this phone to be the most unproductive business tool I have ever had?
