My girlfriend wants to get me the iphone as a gift. Here is the problem.. I am not eligible for an upgrade.. but SHE is. She is wanting ot know if she can upgrade to the iphone on her account and give me the phone to use? I’m thinking she would have to activate a data plan or something for it.. and then cancel it. Is there a way to get it but then put it on my account? Maybe if we both go to the ATT store at the same time?
