I am a long term Verizon customer and I am looking to upgrade to a smart phone. While I would like to stay with Verizon, I would like to find a carrier that is reasonable about the data plan – why can’t there be a “deal” for a family plan for the IPhone – I buy one for myself and one for my wife, sign a 2 year contract, and get the data plan for $45 total for both? This would be a big win for AT&T – the first on the block to offer a good deal for data would most likely draw a lot of customers like me – I am well past my Verizon 2 year contract and ready to move for the right deal. And, by the way, I am also a triple play AT&T UVerse customer!Â
