I bought a 3g 8gb in 10/08 of last year at full price knowing I wanted the 32gb 3gs when it came out knowing I would be eligible for an upgrade in 6/09 and could buy the 3gs for the upgrade price. Since I had a tilt I had to sign another contract which the salesperson I needed to use the because my old package from the tilt couldn’t be used with the iphone. After returning to the store to purchase the 3gs I’m told I can’t upgrade until 10/10 even though I paid full contract price for the 3g @ 399. I’ve been an at&t customer for atleaset 7 years now (well at&t then at&t blue, cingular then back to at&t). Anyone have a similar situation?
