I pay 260 dollars a month for a service, where i cant even get service in my area well over half the time. I cant recall ever having a conversation without a dropped call, I pay 30 a month for 3G Internet service that doesnt even exist in my area and is highly unlikely i will ever get it, when verizon has 3G i can get right in my living room. ATT is upgrading the bigger cities, what about the rest of your customers who live in surrounding areas who pay just as much for their cell service. Also, I pay the highest monthly rate of all the cell phone company plans with the worst service according to JD powers, i dont mind paying hidden fees for a little peace of mind knowing that if my car breaks down and I am not in New York City or some other major metropolitan area that i can call for help. ATT needs a wakeup call for doing whats right, besides the whole Iphone platform is getting kinda jaded.
