I have got a mobile phone – Samsung D500 with Bluetooth. Before I had no problems with browsing alternative mobile phones files and promulgation files by Bluetooth, though in final couple of days I have this problem. It is still probable to crop my mobile’s files regulating alternative phones and send files to my phone. And additionally I can bond to alternative phones with Bluetooth though when I try to crop files, it tells me “Connection Fail”. Have we had any such complaint with your phones or do we know anything about the reasons which might means this? I only wish to add which my phone is utterly new, I’ve used it only about 1 month. Thanks in advance.

This sounds identical to a technical/hardware problem. You can strech (Level 2) await at Samsungby job 888-987-4357 and requesting L2 support. They will ask we a million questions first, so be ready. Also VIP: DO NOT CALL ON THE DEVICE IN QUESTION! They will have we cling to up and call behind on a land line or alternative cell phone. Your complaint might be a office issue, or FTP issue, both will need diagnosing to establish if the handset is defective. I own a Samsung A-940 with Bluetooth 2.0. I had identical issues, though Samsung is still best-suited to assistance you. Good luck.
