Recovery from Restore: How to Delete GROUP contact numbers from phone

I recently had a bad experience when I used my USB to get pic's etc..off my IPhone. I had wedding pic's video etc..and when I first plugged in the USB it promopted me to install update for I-Tunes...in the middle of update, my phone"froze" and my only option was to do a RESTORE. This caused me to lose all pic's etc..I had in my phone. When I did the restore, I was at work on my work computer and it tranferred ALL MYOUTLOOK CONTACTS into my address book, and I lost all my personal contact numbers-only leaving e-mail addresses that I had in my personal outlook folder. What I need help with is deleting all the "outlook contact data" out of my phone only leaving my personal contact list. Is there a way to delete an entire group from my phone, I have been unable to figure out how to do this. THANKS! MG

Contacts and Gmail Push

I could have sworn this worked at one time, but it's not now. I know Gmail Push is still in beta, I think, but when I add a contact to my iphone, it will not show up in the iphone contacts unless I go to Gmail and add it to contacts there, which will then sync with my iphone. If I do a search in the iphone, it will show, (buried in the iphones cache, from what I was told) but not by going straight to the contact in the address book.   Is there a way to add contacts to the iphone and have them added to Gmail contacts through Exchange, or is that not an option yet?
