I have a Tilt 2 with total data. I purchased a used Iphone 3GS and tried my SIM card to Iphone the Safari can’t bond .

A summary showed up “Could not turn on mobile interpretation network. You have been not subcribed to a mobile interpretation service”. 

I already did a full reset and reinstalling the latest firmware 3.1.3, though still no luck.  On my Ttilt 2 phone I can brows on the internet.

Can someome greatfully discuss it me how I can have it work.
