I am a female, 54 years old, and weigh 300 lbs. My doctor says my heart is fine, but I was too obese to see the backside of my heart. I feel okay day to day, but I am just plain tired of being tired. I hear I would have a lot more energy if I lost weight. How much walking is recommended for someone with my stature?
