This whole upgrade process just has me floored I would love to upgrade my iphone 3GS and my wife’s line to the iphone 4 but since I am a fan of new technology and bought the 3GS when it came out I am unable to get the 299/399 price point. I would gladly spend the 800 dollars for the two new phones but I guess ATT just doesn’t want my money or my buisness way to treat a loyal customer. This just doesn’t make any sense to me you think they would love to have you upgrade two a new 2 year contract and spend the money for the new phone’s. Any one else feel my pain
lost phone loyal att customerI must say, AT&T really lucked out. They have a great carrot (iphone) to get your buisness, and once they have it , well you know. You could cancel your service. That would be their first choice because they will get you for an early termination fee while not provideing service. I think the complaints need to be directed to Apple. I think they are the ones who really screwed iphone users, they should not have let AT&T be the sole provider. At least that way people could try the other carriers. AT&T may be the best provider for the iphone as some people have stated. I just think that they a very poor job with everything except take our money.

I work from home (which I have to do because I moved away from my comopanies headquarters) and I use my personal cell phone for all of my buisness calls. It adds up to about 38 hours a month! I’m wondering if I can use this as a tax write off.
