My friend has an unlimited iPhone data plan on his ATT family plan and has 8 months of his 2 years left. He already switched to verizon for some reason and his plan is still going and he doesn’t want to cancel it. I’m part of my own family plan (I’m on an iPhone 4. Shh, don’t tell AT&T) with data BLOCKED so I don’t accidentally get charged $250 for usage (again), unlimited messaging and the family minutes. If I wanted to take over his unlimited data, what’s the best way to do that and would I be able to just add the $30 onto my account, keep my messaging and whatnot? I want the iPhone unlimited, not the 2gb+tethering or anything like that. Sorry if this is confusing, I’m willing to clear anything up. I ordered my iPhone 4 16gb online about 5 days ago and I called my local Apple Store today and they have them in stock so im going to go there and get one and cancel my order on AT&T. How do you cancel your order?
Was able to pick it up locally and am on the phone with cs, but they say there is no way for them to cancel. That I have to go through Apple. Ugh… help.
Folks, I happened to lose my iPhone in a taxi. As I am not eligible for an upgrade anytime soon and don’t want to to shell out another $600 bucks for a new phone, I was wondering if I can cancel the data portion of my service and not affect my terms, length of my contract with AT&T? Hi,  It looks as if i will get off an apple priority waitlist very soon. I ordered a 16gb ip4 in the store on Friday so it is still BOed. If I get an email from apple, how hard is it to cancel my order in the ATT store? Have the contracts been automatically reverting back? I’d likely have less than 24hrs between cancelation and renewal of contract at the Apple store…. will this be a problem?
If I cancel my contract for the iphone 4 and want to keep the device will they allow me or do I need to wait past 30 days? How much would the device cost? I called CS but they are close already. Thanks.
pretty much what the title says. I payed my bill at a kiosk today, and now there is a past due amount of 7 cents, will they cancel my order when they start to process mine?
