Is this true? When the new tiered data plans were offered, I understood that new users would only have the limited plan choices, but that those who already had unlimited plans could keep them indefinitely. My impression was that this was for as long as you remained an ATT customer.

I have a family account with 3 Iphones. While I am a new user and got the DataPro plan, my college aged kids have had their phones and unlimited plans prior to all the changes. Does this mean that when our 2 year contract expires that they will lose their unlimited plans even if I continue to renew the contract?

I really thought that we were grandfathered in and could keep these as long as we mainained service with ATT.
