Has anyone upgraded their iPhone 3G to iOS4 and experienced a decrease in the phone’s performance? I upgraded the OS last week and since then the phone is EXTREMELY slow to open aps, load web pages, etc. Rebooting had no effect, and as far as web surfing, clearing the cookies, history and cache resulted in the same slow web performance.

I really want some chocolate cookies. The only chocolate I have is some hot fudge (The kind you microwave) some unsweetened cocoa powder and basic baking stuff.
