I am having problems sending and receiving picture text messages on my fairly new iPhone. One person in particular is using Verizon and sent me a bunch of pictures (which I had received fine on my extremely old cell phone in the past) but I did not receive one picture on this phone. I have also sent pics to a TMobile user and this person never received the picture either.

 

What’s the deal and how can this be resolved? Is there a fix for this? I tried turning it off and back on but still nothing.
