iPhone freezes in safari
Hello everyone. I have an iPhone 3GS and it is starting to behave a little strange. This generally happens if I am on the Facebook main page in Safari. I don't like using the facebook app because I find it to be limiting and I prefer viewing on the standard internet site. Lately, if I am searching in the facebook search field, as I type a name, the phone will freeze and the letters stop appearing. If I try to backspace and see what is wrong, instead of erasing the letters that are already there, partial characters of symbols and nonsense characters appear. The only way to fix this is to reload the page, but sometimes it will have to reload multiple times. Also, I am finding that on some pages, if I click on a link, rather than the new page loading up, a blank "Untitled" page will display. And lastly, this one is rare but sometimes in Safari, a light gray page replaces the webpage and I can close safari and still use the phone but in order to get on the internet at all, I have to shut down and reboot the entire phone. Any help would be great!

updating Twitter and FB fan page
Greetings, I am getting closer and closer to upgrading my phone. I have some specific requirements for my next phone. In my work, I often need to update a company twitter account and a company Facebook page (not my personal profile). I would like to do both with one swipe. I have heard that Tweetdeck on an iPhone may work for this task. Anyone else doing something similar? If so, how do you do it? Being a one man office makes it impossible to just call into work and have someone update these accounts for me. I have to do it from the field. My Treo 700p is just not cutting it. I am thinking the iPhone may be the best answer for me, but I wanted to get some info before paying an ETF to leave Verizon and signing up for a new 2-year contract. Thanks for your input.

facebook app
i had to the other night do a iphone restore and start from scratch (no backups used) and now my facebook app doesnt want to push msgs (badges on the homescreen)? has anyone else had a problem like this? i did try deleting the app and redownloading it still nothing ideas?

Facebook application
Has anyone heard anything about the facebook app? There was supposed to be an update which had "push notifications" in it. But the recent upgrade did not have it. Also, I think there was a change in developer. I used to follow him on twitter. All that I know is that he left the facebook app.
