I am removing an iPhone 3GS 16GB @ $199.00.

I only longed for to ask, the $199.00 + taxation is all I compensate in store right now, correct?  Are there any alternative dark fees or anything?
When do I embrace my initial billing? 
Also, is the activation price on credit currently or on the initial check and will which check include?  Service from currently and afterwards remuneration for the subsequent month also?
