They should be doing them everywhere. I had an awful experience ordering my ip4 online with AT&T. In the end, the Apple store in Fresno, CA has ip4′s for walk-in purchase now. I cancelled my AT&T order, got my upgrade eligibility reinstated, and drove to the store. The Apple stores should be getting healthier. If u are still backordered, I recommend calling your nearest Apple store. Mine is 40 minutes away. Well worth the drive not to have to deal with the back order process. Just my 2 cents.
