iPhone 4 lost 3G signal, dropped down to EDGE

Hi -

Over the past integrate of days I beheld which my iPhone 4 is regulating on EDGE interpretation tie instead of 3G.Â Â (Wi-Fi functions as usual.)

I’ve had it given launch day and only right away has this proposed happening.Â I’ve left by the common troubleshooting processes of turn-on/off the phone, energy cycling, re-syncing with iTunes, transport mode, etc to no avail.

I’m means to get 3G behind sporadically, though not for long, customarily only a couple of mins prior to it drops behind to slow, delayed edge.Â

At initial I suspicion it was a little network problems AT&T was having…but alternative iPhone owners in my bureau have been removing 3G only fine.Â Of march they’re regulating iPhone 3G and/or 3GS.

I do not know if this is associated to the total new upload emanate as 3G is not arrangement on my vigilance arrangement to proceed with.

Anyone else experiencing this, or have any thought what competence be causing it?Â Any thoughts or info we can yield would be appreciated…thanks.

So I’ve left by the stairs to check my accessibility and it looks similar to I’m out of luck. My subject is–why? I know friends who have iPhones on their delegate lines who upgraded to the 3GS on day one, only similar to me, who have been eligible. I’ve been a long-time customer, never longed for a payment, and now have a $200+ monthly check and am not eligible. An AT&T orator was quoted as observant any patron who pays $99 or some-more should design an ascent each 12-18 months. That being the case, I feel it’s silly which I’m not eligible. Is there any one here which can discuss it me why, so which I can shift this in the future?

I purchased an iPhone 3G in Mar of 2009, and had to put down the deposition of $500. I switched from my iPhone to Blackberry Bold 9700 in Dec of 2009 and was sensitive which on you do so I would have to compensate the ETF which was $175 – $5 for each month, which was 9 months. so i paid $130. I was told by the saleswoman who I went by the switch of skeleton with, which I would be removing my reinstate of $500 behind reduction the $130, and carrying left by the deposition procession beheld which I am right away owing for the lapse of my deposit. I longed for to find out the standing of my deposit. I know which I had canceled prior to the 2 years though I do not consider which should matter, since I didn’t terminate with AT&T, only the iPhone service.
