Is anyone else having trouble finding the Case Program App? I have it on one of my phones, went to install the app on my wife’s phone and can’t find the app. Just wanted to see if anyone else had the same problem.

I just got off the phone with a CSR and was told that some people were receiving there iPhone 4 orders on time without ever getting tracking info. He explained to me that Fed Ex’s system were having trouble updating many peoples’ orders and that my order should be arriving sometime today, if not, the latest tomorrow June 25th. I was originally calling to see why my charge was put back into my account. AT&T says that my order is still okay and that it might of been just a pre-authorization type thing. IDK, im abit skeptical at this point because I haven’t received any e-mail confirmations or anything. I ordered June 15th @ 10:43:24am EST (as i was told), but my order status says June 20th and still “in progress” as of right now. Anyone having similar issues? Â

Is anyone else having trouble with the IOS4 update? I had to sync my phone before I installed the update. Once that was done, I installed the new update to my phone. As soon as my phone started restoring my old settings, Itunes stated that there was an error in restoring my settings. I’ve tried about 10 different times, and nothing is working. I’m also having a hard time getting someone to answer the phone at technical support. Can someone please help me because now I’m unable to use my phone.

I have a blackberry storm with at&T services, but it seems to have a few problems with apps. Does anyone else have a blackberry not in the at&t family that they are using and having trouble with?

Does the iphone use a particular sim card or would the sim from my current ATT Samsung Solstice work? I have been researching buying an iphone off ebay and I keep running across different information and I’m having trouble sorting fact from fiction. Thanks.

i emailed a ringtone (file ext of m4r) to my friend’s iPhone (she just got it) but she is having trouble saving it to her phone. Is there a way to save an attachment from an email??? and if so how do you do it??? Thanks!!!

I bought a new 3gs last week and am having trouble charging it. Using the charger supplied in the box I have to go from outlet to outlet before it decides to connect, Its not a charger problem because two other family members tried out their iphones on the same charger with no problems. However, mine wont work with their chargers. I brought the charging cord to work to sync the phone and download a few pictures and while the phone charges from my computer it wont recognize itunes. It both charges and syncs from my home computer, but stops charging if the computer is off. Last night I couldn’t get any outlets in the house to connect and had to leave it in the car overnight to charge – it seems to like the car charger.
My wife and I both have iPhones. I have had all versions since they came out. I have the 3GS and she has the 3G. In the last week or so at zip 97330 she is having trouble sending SMS. She will get a Failed to send alert in the form of a red exclamation point after the text SMS. Attempting a second time usually sends it. This is getting frustrating!  Anyone else have poor SMS connectivity and sending text?
