I’ll try to keep this short…

 

About 4 months ago I upgraded to the iPhone 3GS 16GB afterwards downloaded the iOS4 when it came out about a week after.  2 months ago, I motionless to try to lapse the phone due to miss of arguable 3G coverage and ubiquitous iPhone features, to me anyway, have been not in (iPhone in ubiquitous functions similar to a mechanism for kids, or a dumbed down chronicle of the Tilt).  I knew I was out of my thirty day lapse from the store I paid for it from, so I took it in to an Apple Store.  After about 45 mins of watchful for someone to speak to (asked multiform people operative and only got the run-around, go see this guy, go see him, etc.) I eventually got to speak to someone.  They told me they could not concede me to do a lapse given I’ve had the iPhone for 2 months, afterwards I asked if they could do a guaranty correct on the Home Button (stopped operative all of a sudden).  After resplendent a small light in a couple of opposite spots, they told me there was serious H2O repairs and I would not validate for any in-warranty repair, though they would correct it out-of-warranty for $200.  (Anyone who would compensate which for a $10 partial and fifteen mins of work possibly has as well most additional money, or is only slow…)  Took it to the store I paid for it from to have them demeanour for H2O damage, and they found none, dampness indecater was white and no corrotion could be found.  So to me it seems they only did not wish to assistance given I told them I’m unfortunate with the iPhone.  Repaired the Home Button myself for $8.50 (including S&H).

 

So right away my question, is there any approach AT&T would relinquish the early ascent price for me given I am really unfortunate with the iPhone and perceived no assistance from the Apple Store on any of my problems.  I have been an AT&T patron for 6 years with not a singular late remuneration and now have 3 phones on my family devise and embrace a Corp. bonus by my wife’s work so I wish to stay with AT&T, though will never own an additional iPhone.  I wish to get the Samsung Captivate with Android, colleague has it and when my iPhone has 1 club on GMTS he has full 3G.
