Tried updating my 3G iPhone the other day, and had no luck. I have the latest version of iTunes as well. It backed up the phone and was almost at the end, and then it kicked an error message and told me to try again. Tried again that night and the same thing. I called Apple Support and they told me to back up the phone, restore it first and then try. Does anyone else know if this should help me. What else could it be? Looking like I’m going to be @ Subway on WiFi for the next 3 hours…YAY!!!!

So here’s the deal. My wife upgraded with her iPhone 3g no issues. I just upgraded my 3gs phone and it killed it. ITunes wiped everything from phone. Well all the apps, music and videos. It left the contacts, txt MSG, and most settings. How can I get all my stuff back? I lost it all on iTunes as well.
