Wondering if anyone can top my problems with Premier.

Ordered on the 15th like everyone. 12 noon PST. Got a confirmation email  but it had the wrong address on it. It said “NEW YORK” and I live in San Francisco.

I called to check, and the CSR said all addresses were correct, just an email glitch. My order is “Processing.”

Two days later American Express calls to verify a possible fraudulent charge. My order goes to “Attention” and stays there.

Fast forward to today, Tues the 22nd. Seven calls to Premier later and repeated promises that everything’s fine, my order finally goes back to “Processing!”

One problem: another error email from Premier.

I call to check, and apparently the text messaging plan I ordered with my phone DOES NOT EXIST. $20 unlimited texts, guess the system wasn’t supposed to offer me as it’s incompatible with the iPhone that I’m in the process of ordering!

Call yet again and apparently this too will be fixed. But after so many promises of “everything’s fine, don’t worry,” I doubt it. 50/50 odds my phone ends up with a hobo in NYC.

Anyone have a worse customer service experience? Would love to hear it to make me feel better.Â
