I lose a handful of calls a day.  And I live 15 miles west of NYC, and am in NYC at least 4 days/week.  

 

I had Verizon from mid-90s til iPhone3Gs….didn’t lose as many calls in all those years as I lost this week with AT&T–and it’s only Tuesday.

 

It won’t matter what the penalty or what the cost is, as soon as it is do-able, we will dump AT&T, and I know we’re hardly alone.
