Sprint is throttling the heaviest interpretation users, putting a check on the carrier’s claims of indeed total data.
The Overland Park, Kans.-based carrier’s CEO Dan Hesse pronounced his association throttles the tip 1 percent of interpretation users. Hesse went on to contend Sprint pot the right to hit off users who injustice data.
