Just curious, some people have mentioned receiving an e-mail confirmation and when I placed my order in-store he asked for my e-mail address. I never received any e-mails though.

My order does show up in the order status site (7/4 32 GB) as backordered, just want to make sure nothing is messed up due to the lack of e-mail.

 

I am worried that I won’t get my iPhone 4 on launch day. Can someone please help? I got an order number but it appears as invalid on both the business and consumer order status checkers. When I called 611 they said not to worry because it won’t show up in the system for me to check until it ships. That doesn’t seem to be the case for others in this forum. I never received an order email and didn’t have any authorizing charges on my cc which worries me even more. But they repeated the order number that started with an N 3 times to me. Anyone else have this problem?

 

After many struggles of trying to complete my order online, I successully preordered the iPhone 4 on Tuesday June 15th 12:15 EDT (lunchtime).   I received a confirmation email from the Premier website ( https://www.wireless.att.com/business/order_status/ ) with my order number. When I view the website, it shows the date ordered is June 15 and the order is being processed.The rest of the website is vague. Although, there is a ‘Last Updated’ date. When I viewed the website up until yesterday, the date stated Jun 16 and now it states Jun 17.   When I signed into att site and clicked on the link for order status ( https://www.wireless.att.com/order_status/order_status_results.jsp ), it shows another order number which I never received any confirmation email. This site shows more details like 3 line items for Freight, SIM and the phone. It looks like an EXCEL spreadsheet where one of the columns is backordered. Each line item has a ’1′ in this column. The order date on this site states June 16th.   I tried contacting customer service and they weren’t helpful. I am not sure if this means that 2 iPhone 4 is now on order – one for AT&T Premier and one for AT&T (non business)   Did anyone else have this issue? Since it is the weekend, I cannot contact Premier until Monday morning to verify that I only have ONE iPhone 4 on order.

 

Hi, this is my first post on these boards and I have a quick question. I pre-ordered the iphone 4 on the 15th at 6:15 a.m. EST through AT&T. So far everything looks good, but I ordered the Apple protection plan with the phone and received it yesterday by Fed-ex. I never received any emails that it was being shipped and on my credit card there is a separate charge for the plan besides the charge in the original order-I have one charge of $388 and one for $69. I talked with a customer service rep yesterday and was told that when the phone ships the $69 will be deducted and I will only be charged the $299 plus taxes. I just find that weird and was curious if anyone else has had a similar experience.   Rachel

 

If this has been addressed in another post, I apologize.  I don’t remember seeing it mentioned anywhere else.    On one of my orders, after I clicked the “submit order” button, the page timed out.  When I hit refresh, the page came up saying that my order was completed and it gave me the order number.  Stupidly, I didn’t print it, I just saved the web page.  Well, as luck would have it, I never received a confirmation email on it.  And, I haven’t been able to bring up the saved page.  When I click on it, the page that comes up in the browser says the page is unavailable.  So, I have no order number and no email.  Did anyone else have their page time-out and still receive the email confirmation on it?

 

Last Monday you were able to put in your email to be notified about the pre-order for the new iPhone. I signed up, but I never received an email once the pre-order went live, did any of youi? I guess this is another flaw with the system.

 

I am having problems sending and receiving picture text messages on my fairly new iPhone. One person in particular is using Verizon and sent me a bunch of pictures (which I had received fine on my extremely old cell phone in the past) but I did not receive one picture on this phone. I have also sent pics to a TMobile user and this person never received the picture either.   What’s the deal and how can this be resolved? Is there a fix for this? I tried turning it off and back on but still nothing.
