I want to cancel the data plan as my company gave me a new iPad and I gave my old one to my partner – it was reconfigured as her own, so I can’t cancel from the iPad. I’ve been to the Apple website as well as AT&T, and can’t find even find a number to call. The AT&T wireless customer service number needs a wireless phone number to proceed, so that didn’t work.

Just wondering if I should back up old phone before I activate new one. I want to make sure all apps and new apps downloaded will be transferred over. I am thinking I will back up old one before activating the new one. any suggestions???

I purchased the 3G iPhone and want to use my original iPhone as an iTouch. The crazy thing is that I lost the SIM card from the original. I went to AT&T and was given a new SIM card, but now when I connect to iTunes my only option is to create a new phone line. All I want to do is to convert the old one to a touch. Very aggravating. Does anyone have any guidance?
