I already have an AT&T comment with a 8gig iphone 3gs. I wish a 32gig 3gs. Can I buy a single from ebay and afterwards have AT&T only send my phone # and comment report from my aged phone to this latest one, or do I HAVE to buy it without delay from AT&T or apple?
