First time print though prolonged time lurker…

So I have about the millionth subject on grouping the iPhone 4 regulating an additional lines upgrade. I did the same and the ATT Store CSR pronounced only come in when I get my phone and they’ll switch it over. That’s excellent though would be even improved if I could do it over the phone so I do not have to quarrel the crowd. That being said, does any one know for certain if the OTHER phone needs to be benefaction to switch it? The alternative phone, whose ascent I used, is in an additional city and I do not design which chairman to go to an ATT store to do anything. Can it all be finished on the mechanism with only my latest iPhone present? I can patently get the IMEI and SIM# off the alternative phone around email or something…
