I preordered from Apple on the 15th.  YAY!  I got a pre-order in.  Then at 5AM on the 22nd, TWO days prior to release, I get this e-mail from APPLE.   To Our Valued Apple Customer:   Dear Customer,   We were incompetent to finish the authorisation routine for your iPhone order. As a result, we had to terminate your iPhone order. To finish the squeeze of your iPhone, greatfully revisit an Apple Retail Store or an AT&T company-owned sell store.     To repair up an Apple Retail Store nearby you, greatfully revisit   . To repair up an Apple Retail Store nearby you, greatfully visit  .   We swallow ones pride for this inconvenience.   Sincerely, Apple Online Store Team   So I call AT&T this morning.  They discuss it me it’s APPLE’s problem.  I call APPLE.  They discuss it me it’s AT&T’s problem.  I call AT&T back, they discuss it me it’s APPLE’s complaint and discussion me in with them.  APPLE tries to compromise the complaint though I get eliminated to SALES dept who says he can’t repair it.  I call AT&T up and we find I have a latest eligibility date of 6/18/2012!!!  So, the sequence went through, though not entirely.  I ask them to fix.  They can’t.  Specialist right away has to do it and they can’t until may be 48 hours.  This after spending about 6 hours on the phone any with APPLE AND AT&T.   Now I do not get the iPhone on launch day.   I can’t even pre-order for the 14th of Jun since Apple says I’m ineligible!  I AM SOOO FRUSTRATED.  Most people were good only not empowered to do what was required – and which was FIX MY PROBLEM.  The complement is what’s the problem.   So right away I’m underneath stipulate with AT&T for a latest phone which I do not even have.  And since of which I can’t even sequence which phone again.  Meanwhile, those who didn’t pre-order can go forward and pre-order right away and get the phone prior to me.  ARGH.   Sorry AT&T, though I came to we from Verizon privately for the iPhone.  I design we to repair this NOW!  I’ve outlayed multiform hours of my time perplexing to get this and to have the DOOR SLAMMED IN MY FACE is infuriating!
