<g:plusone size="tall" href="http://www.mobilephoneman.com/windows-phone-2/blog-post-youre-invited-preview-the-new-seattle-sounders-fc-app/"></g:plusone>

Attention Seattle Sounders FC fans: only in time for the playoffs, the Sounders have been rising their central Windows Phone App! They’re celebrating by charity Sounders and Windows Phone fans a hide preview of the app this week end and giving divided twenty-five phones during their Seattle observation celebration (details below). The Windows Phone Sounders FC app strictly launches Monday, Oct 31, though we can have it on your phone in time for this weekend’s compare simply by clicking here.

Warming up with the app

The Sounders FC app has all we need to await the team. Pin the app to the Start shade and the app’s Live Tile displays the date, time and competition for the subsequent match. Open the app and you’ll find group news, schedules (League, Cup, etc.), video highlights, player bios, compare previews— even track and sheet info. For fans on the go, the app has a live audio tide of Sounders games featuring play-by-play from broadcaster Arlo White.

Half the fun of following a group is joining with associate fans, and the app offers a little good amicable features. A live polling underline called “The Pulse” shows a real-time dimensions of air blower confidence. For instance, if the Sounders have been personification well, design air blower certainty to be “Scarves Up”. On the flip side, if they aren’t personification so prohibited (rarely happens), the expected some-more fans will be choosing by casting votes “Scarves Down”. The app additionally has a live amicable media feed from featured Sounders players similar to Kasey Keller and Fredy Montero, and the team’s pass believer groups.

And my personal the one preferred feature… with a discerning shake up of the phone, a Yellow Card appears and we can uncover the hostile group (or your spouse) how we feel about them. Another discerning appropriate and we can uncover them a red card. I don’t suggest display your associate the red.

Let’s celebration and watch the diversion together!

Now, about which party. Join the Sounders, Pop (superb developers of the central Sounders app) and me (@tmcdowd), @bencke and @caseyamcgee from the Windows Phone group at Kells Irish Pub in Seattle on Saturday, Oct twenty-nine to watch the Sounders playoff diversion at Real Salt Lake. First flog is at 7pm PST, though we’ll be giving demos of the app starting at 6:30pm and on condition that fans a possibility to win Windows Phones.

Home with the kids or ancillary the group from afar? No problem. If we can’t have the party, only twitter because we similar to Windows Phone and the Sounders to #WPSEA for a possibility to win a Windows Phone.

Go Sounders!

Tim is a latest writer to the Windows Phone blog and the proprietor sports maniac. He’ll be seeking out for cold games and some-more good sports apps for you.

Hello, I'm new to the forum and I recently noticed this problem with my iPhone 3G. My friend sent me a couple of videos to me via mms message and I wanted to save them. I press save and when I go into photos, the preview window shows a thumbnail of my videos and the number of pips/videos has increased but the videos are nowhere to be found. Â Anyone else having this problem and know of a solution? Â Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I'm not sure what went wrong on my phone, it's been about at least 3 days now that i'm receiving other poeple's push notifications on my phone. So far it's been happening with whosHere, Y! Messenger, AIM, and Beejive. it would notify me that i have a new message, and when i go to check it, of course since the message wasn't intented for me i wouldn't get to see anything within those apps, but i would see it on the preview screen. i've went as far as login off those apps, turning off the push option under settings, rebooted my phone multiple time with no avail! Â has anyone heard/seen this before? if so please help me resolve this problem. Â thanks.
