Maybe I am wrong but I purchased my iPhone  16GB for $199 and at&t charge the taxes on the unsubsidy price of $599, I live in CA and I think at the Apple Store they not charge the taxes over that value if not the retail price.

Please confirm that

I was already a existing dumbphone customer. June 6th I decided to get the iphone so I could have the unlimited data plan before it was gone. At the AT&T store I had to pay $399 for a 3Gs. Will I be able to pre-order the OS4 for that same price as an exchange since it is within 30 days? What about restocking fees? When I texted *639# the message said full retail price?

I have a 3GS 32G that was delivered on the day they were launched last year. When I check my eligibility it says “You can take advantage of our no commitment pricing. Additional discounts may be available on 02/19/201″    Can anybody tell me what “no commitment pricing” is and what I should expect to pay?   Also it say that I may select equipment at our full retail pricing. Upgrade may be available on 02/19/2011…..what is that full retail price?

Hi,   I understand the logic behind subsidizing phones because it reduces the cost of the phone to the customer and guarantees revenue for AT&T for 2 years with the forced incentive of leaving early and you pay the ETF moved from $175 to $350.   Now, if I choose to pay full retail price of $699 for the new 4G iPhone then is there a) a contract and b) an ETF?  If there is either a contract or an ETF what’s the benefit of paying full-retail?

Whats the full retail price of a black 3gs 32g..   Im asking in case i break or lose my phone and want to purchanse a new one what would it cost me not being able to get a upgrade?  thanks

I want to get an new phone at verizon but my 2 year contract hasent expired with my current hone so i will have to pay reail price. what is it?
