i just purchased an iphone 4 from the website..

 

i wanted to know the return policy !

how do i return it will i get full refund will they charge restocking fee for opening the box ? 

 

 

I have a black iPhone 4 upgraded from 3gs. There is a return policy which may make me pay a restocking fee.   I want the white iPhone 4.   If I understand things right, I can return the iPhone 4, get a return on the price, and then order the iPhone4 (white) and only lose out on the restocking fee and possibly upgrade fee from AT&T. Is this correct?

 

Whether or not you attribute the signal issues to hype, bad design, or just plain malice from Steve Jobs, I’m having serious problems with my iPhone 4 and want to return it to the Apple store where I purchased it.     However, Apple’s return policy page states that returning the phone will terminate your AT&T service immediately, which is not what I want to happen.  I’ve looked all over, and can’t seem to find any info, so thought I’d ask here for help and guidance.   I want to return my iPhone 4, cancel my 2-year contract extension, and go back to my contract-free and unlimited data plan iPhone 3G while I figure out what to do next.   How do I return my iPhone4 to the Apple store and get back to where I was last week?   Should I call AT&T and re-activate the 3G before heading to the Apple Store?  Can they do what I want in the Apple store?  Is this even possible?   Thanks for any help from folks who have gone through this already.

 

Hey i just signed up and recieved an iPhone yesterday, june 10, and i was wondering sincero there is a 30 Day return policy if i could return my 3gs for the 4g. I mean i am still within my 30 days. :/
