Hello all,

 

I’m currently living in Torrance, California and going to buy an iPhone 4.

I’m going to relocate to Kaliningrad, Russia in 2-3 months.

Can anybody tell me if I’ll be able to get out of the AT&T contract without paying a $325 ETF  because I’m relocating to Russia where there is no native AT&T servcie available?

Better point me to an exact ToS paragraph which states why I can (or can’t) get out of this ETF.
