Why is an iPhone data plan so expensive?
Why does AT&T discriminate against iPhone users? Why do I pay $6/gb per month for my 5gb dataplan when I have used only about 1 gb over 6 months? I'm not opposed to paying if I use more durning the month, but the base rate should be somewhere around $10/gb per month. If people use more then that, let them pay. My wife just got a Samsung with a $10/month 5GB plan. Come on AT&T, make the price for the data plan a bit more fair or at least explain better then "it's an iPhone and that should be enough for you."

Upgrading to an iPhone 3GS one month early.
Hello. I was just wondering (Please give honest answers), I am able to upgrade my phone from a Samsung Eternity to an iPhone on February 7th. Is it possible to upgrade my phone one month early (January 7th) without paying for the early upgrade fee? I have heard that some people have been able to upgrade without paying for the upgrade fee, and I was wondering if I would be able too also. I have been with AT&T for about 10+ Years or so. if changing from samsung impression to IPHONE 16gb 3g
so correct me if i'm wrong... iphone plans are more expensive then regular smartphone type of plan? like if i have unlimited data and text through my samsung impression... is there additional cost for switching to iphone? or do i just buy iphone and plan is same?

What phone would you currently use if you were to get rid of your iPhone?
Both of our lines are up for upgrades so I am thinking of getting rid of my 3GS and her 3G and going back to a decent regular ole cell phone that has a full qwerty keyboard in order to save some money on our bill each month. Right now we are at $200 a month for both of our phones and with a additional line I have on the acct. I have always used and been happy with Samsung's stuff, are there any other good full keyboard phones on AT&T?
