I upgraded and bought a Motorola Backflip, I didn’t like it so i called the premier support and told them i wanted to change it for the iphone 4, the lady told me she was going to send me a shipping label by e-mail so i could send the phone back. She told me to call another number after i talked to her so they could order the iphone for me. Ok so i printed the label and send out the phone back to the at&t warehouse in TX. I called the number she gave me and they said they could order me any other phone except for the iphone. That to get the iphone i had to wait until the phone was received in the at&t warehouse… I was upset because the lady who gave me the shipping label lied to me.. i could of gone to a store and done the exchange there without waiting. So i shipped the phone on the 3rd of Nov. Today is the 11 and they still tell me they don’t see anything in their computer telling them they received the phone. To wait. everyday they say maybe tomorrow we will get it. I asked if i can order the iphone already but they say no.. I am so frustrated and i have though of just canceling the upgrad with at&t and get a phone in another company.

Has anyone passed trough this? How long did it take for them to receive the phone and reverse the upgrade?

Can’t they do something fast?

Why is it so hard to get an Iphone! ugh!

I purchased an IPhone & Apple Care Protection Plan from AT&T about 7 months ago. After having my6 16 gig IPhone for about two weeks it started giving me problems so I took it into AT&T to be repaired. The salesman at the time informed me that the 32 gig was having fewer problems at the time so I paid the extra $100 dollars and got the better phone. Two months later I had problems with that phone so I took it back to AT&T to be repaired, they gave me another IPhone. Now I sit here 7 months later and this IPhone is giving me the message That Charging Is Not Supported With This Accessory, shutting down, giving me blank screens, doing all this with nothing plugged into it. After doing research and talking to an Apple rep there might be dust in the area where you hook the charger up. I’ve cleaned that and it’s not the problem. On that note you would think that a company with smart designers like Apple would have common sense enough to create a rubber stopper to eliminate this from happening but no, it’s a way to get more money out of you for repairs. Another problem is that with Apple Care you either have to take the phone into an Apple Store for repairs. Not only is that a very big inconvenience but to makes matters worse you have to set up an appointment to which you still have to sit around the store until whenever they decide to get to you. What if you live in a town or city where there is no Apple Store? Well it gets worse; you either have to send the phone into Apple or take it to AT&T or have them send it in. More bad news, unlike with insurance which Apple doesn’t let AT&T do on these phone (so that Apple can make more money) you will be stuck without a phone until yours is repaired and sent back because you don’t get a replacement. Now as I said earlier I had to replace my first phone through AT&T. Well now I discover that the Apple Care Plan I spent $70 for is no good due to the fact it’s not transferrable and since I had to get another phone what they have to do is refund a prorated amount and I have to purchase another plan to which I’m going to guess that Apple is going to tell me that when my phone broke that my phone wasn’t covered. That’s just a guess but we’ll see. You would think that would be enough but no, I have to find somehow find my proof of purchase in order to get my refund. You would think that since I’m the only one that registered the product with Apple that would be proof enough. That would be too easy.   To sum it all up I’ve had the IPhone less than a year. I’ve gone through three IPhones, Lost time and money getting them changed out, spent $70 on a protection plan which I’m going to loose money on. Have to purchase another Apple Care plan to which Apple is probably not going to fix my phone on. Have to search out an Apple store to get my phone fixed. Loose more time sitting around. I have been with AT&T for seven years and I can honestly say I will pay the early termination fee and cancel my plan and sign up with another carrier because they should have never agreed with allowing Apple to put their customers through this and selling such a bad product. I will never buy an Apple product again for having such horrible customer service and making such a messed up product. I am a Dj and will spread the word about all this not only on my show but I will call and write every show I can find because Apple should not be ably to flat out rob people like they are doing.

Hello   I would be very grateful if you could help me a bit. Your website  page is very confusing and I dont unfortunately understand nothing.  I recently purchased a used iPhone from Ebay with the AppleCare warranty.  The warranty will apply with you and my question is how to contact you in the future if I would have to send the phone to you.  Unfortunately there is no way for me to call you, because  my English is very bad, so I wonder if there is an email address that i can reach your customer service on?     Btw, im from Sweden, so thats why i am askin you guys.
