After being militantly anti-Apple for a long time, I’ve finally decided to get an iPhone 4.  I plan on going to an AT&T store and getting the iPhone using my mom’s upgrade, then getting it put on my line (we are on a family plan together).  Should there be any problems with this?

Answers are appreciated.  I just want to know whether or not I should expect to run into complications.

My husband and I are currently spending around $160 a month on our cell phone bill. We would like to upgrade and get IPhones but we dont know how much we should expect our bill to be once we do upgrade. What is the range per month for a iphone.

I have a 3GS 32G that was delivered on the day they were launched last year. When I check my eligibility it says “You can take advantage of our no commitment pricing. Additional discounts may be available on 02/19/201″    Can anybody tell me what “no commitment pricing” is and what I should expect to pay?   Also it say that I may select equipment at our full retail pricing. Upgrade may be available on 02/19/2011…..what is that full retail price?

I got my brand new iPhone 3GS on the 12th of this month.  Suddenly, I pick it up today and a message is across the front, “No Sim Card Installed”.  Well over an hour with AT&T support on the phone got me exactly nothing.  I was told I have to take the phone into a store.  In the meantime until I can get into a store location, I have no phone service at all. This was my first experience with AT&T support and I was really let down.  I spoke with 3 different people and all asked the same scripted questions and gave the same scripted answers.  The first woman couldn’t seem to even read very well, so even that didn’t go well. Is this the level of support, or total lack thereof, that I should expect going forward?
