What Matters Most To You When Signing Up For Cell Phone Service?

Is it the phone? Plan? Coverage Area? Cost?
I sell cell phones and services, and was just wondering what customers biggest concerns are in general.

How Do I Keep My Messenger Enabled Cell Phone From Signing Out Of Messenger Automatically?

Apparently, after a certain period of time (24 hrs?) Messenger automatically signs out my cell phone. I would love to keep it signed in indefinitely so I can be IM’d from my contacts at any time. And no, it does not sign me out because I signed in to my account from another source. It just signs me out and lists me as offline for no particular reason. I can not continuously sign back in, is there something I can do?
