Should I expect to be able to reinstate my FAN discount with iPhone 4? My understanding is that the ban placed on the original iPhone was lifted when the 3G’s came out. I’ve got a single line 450 plan + $20 data. If the FAN is possible with the iPhone 4, does that apply to voice & data?
fan discount with iphone 4I purchased an iPhone 1.5 years ago for a single line with a new 2-year commitment to AT&T. An year after the purchase, I added my wife to my plan (no data plan for her, simply voice) and my plan became a family plan with 700 shared minutes. Â Now, I found there exists a 550 shared minutes family plan and like to switch to 550. Is it okay? What kind of commitment do I have? Is there any minimum to keep with AT&T for two years? Can I just keep using “some” service of AT&T? Â What happens, during the 2 year, if I just use voice plan for my iPhone, without any data plan? Is it still okay for the contract?
