I have a 200MB singular devise – and I perceived notice from ATT which I was reaching devise limit.  I logged in a checked and saw the billing cycle was entrance up in 3 days - and I had sufficient MB to get me by it but starting over.  I afterwards perceived an email the subsequent day which I went over – I had a 1MB web browsing event at 3AM on Saturday night – when I was quick asleep.  09/26 03:03 AM phone Internet/MEdia Net Sent 18825KB   Now I get upgraded to 2GB for the month for $15 - on the final day of my billing cycle.  I did my work to have certain I was not starting over and I failed.  I called ATT and they could not discuss it me what this was for.  If I have an app which is sucking up Internet whilst I nap I would similar to to know this.  ATT needs to yield the collection to assistance conduct these skeleton – and not only blindly censure others.  I called patron use and got no help.
