Bottom 1/3 of iphone touch screen will not work

I went to clear my phone yesterday though the “touch to slide” idol will not respond.  When perplexing to clear the phone with my cue the tip 2 rolls of numbers will work though not the bottom roll.  I have reset it 4 or 5 times, and incited phone off and on though am still carrying the problem.  Does any one have any ideas?

Cannot Receive MMS from T-Mobile Users

Hello I have seen this emanate prior to with others and I recollect the fortitude was to call tech support. I did and they were incompetent to figure out what was wrong and they towering the case. I was wondering if any one else is still carrying these problems. I have regularly had this emanate even with my TILT right away I got an iphone anticipating which I would not have this emanate any more though the complaint persists. Any assistance would be appreciated.     I should additionally add which I can send them MMS excellent and I can send and embrace SMS fine.
