Is anyone having problems with ordering Ballistic Iphone4 cases?  

 

 WHen I bought my Iphone here in SanAntonio I ordered a Ballistic case at the same time.  After about 10 days the iphone was delivered.  However, the case never came. After about three weeks I tried calling the local store and would always get a message saying everyone was busy. So I emailed the salesperson and she said her manager checked and said the order was pending.  I called Ballistic thinking the order was coming from them.  They said they had shipped the cases to AT&T weeks ago and it was up to  AT&T to deliver them.  More time went by and I again tried to email my salesperson and no reply.   Finally, after  almost five weeks of waiting I got an email from AT&T   (See Below)

 

I live at the same address the Iphone was sent to.  I used the same credit card to order both items and I think AT&T is still selling Ballistic.    Anyone else having this problem?    I emailed the  AT&T salesperson again and I’ll wait a day or so to see what happens  and then I’ll order directly from Ballistic rather then AT&T.  I called Ballistic once and emailed them twice and they are always very polite and friendly and try to be helpful.
