My iPhone 4 stopped working earlier today, won’t turn on / charge / anything and i was wondering if it’s possible to activate my 3gs to use while my iPhone 4 is broken.

I know apple made the super sweet move to put micro sims in the 4 so I’m assuming I can’t just switch the sim.

I have a current contract with AT&T, and want to upgrade to an Iphone with web access. If I purchase a refurbished phone on EBAY, how would that phone be activated by AT&T? Do I go inside their store, or do I merely switch the SIM card from my current phone (NOT an Iphone) into the phone I purchase on EBAY? Before I make such a purchase, I want to be sure that I can change phones easily, and at a low cost, too! Thanks for any input, and forgive my naiveté!
