For the next two weeks I will stay in Florida. I was hoping to get a contract for my iPhone 4 with a short duration (not a 24 month contract). The focus would be using data, not to make phone calls. What would be the best possibility for a non US resident?

What is the best process to transfer all of my data, programs, settings, etc from my current iPhone 3G to my new iPhone 4G?
